Gentlybound does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any sales.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3-days of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the 3-day period we will not grant any returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the items show signs of use, such as wear and tear, within the 3-day period, we will will not grant returns, exchanges, or refunds.
When notifying us of an issue such as damaged goods within 3-days of receiving your order, please supply images of the damage. Once damage is verified by photo, we will require the item to be shipped back to the original sending address before refunds will be granted.
