Gentlybound is not responsible for the items or packages damaged, lost or misplaced once they are in the mail. If there is an issue with a shipment, it will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the courier service (FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL) with their tracking number to find the lost package and make a claim.

We are not liable for incidents outside of our control and will not reimburse for any mishaps that occurring after drop-off to USPS or other courier services.
